  1. I am having issues with recording. Everything I set to record never records to the end of the program. Either using to guide or programming manually nothing records to the end. Last show was 2 1/2 hours and the recording stopped after 9 minutes. Please advise.

  4. I purchased a annual subscription of the Tivimate app. I love the app and decided that I want to subscribe to the lifetime subscription instead of the annual subscription. I deleted my annual subscription but when I attempt to subscribe both the annual and lifetime options show but only the annual subscription is allowed. Please help.

        Under VOD tv shows…within the show it always start from episode 1 and obly scrolling allowed is to sceoll right.
        Some asian shows have more then 300 episodes and its pain to scroll through episode 1 to all the way to 300.

        It would be nice of left scrolling can be alloowed that takes to last episode or sort option by so that last epusode can be shown 1st.

        Please resolve this or add this new feature. Other then this, its nice app.

  5. I cannot add a new playlist using the xtream codes option.
    It keeps giving me an error although the information is accurate as I tried it on a mobile device and it works fine.
    Are there any issues with adding a playlist?

    • I cant seem to load a playlist either. Been working until several days back.
      Ive tried to load a different playlist URL from Pluto TV and does not work either.
      tried contacting my provider, they gave me all the information i needed, should be
      correct, so… no luck yet! Im getting very frustrated. Im thinking its something wrong
      with tivimate APK on google play store, maybe?…. IDK…. Been on the fence with this
      situation. So im paying for a service monthly and cant seem to keep using it at this point,
      and dont know whos to blame; Tivimate or my IPTV provider?…..

  16. For vod, i tried check in auto play last episode under other settings. And tried unchecking it as well… but vod shows always start at episode 1 or show episode 1 at fiest….to watch last epusode i have ro scroll all the way to right… please resolve this issue.

  19. Loaded TiVi Premium and paid subscription, accepted payment. I cannot get the premium to work. Still wants me to pay, and it shows that I paid. But not working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling , still not working.
    I have a DreamLink T3. The app works, but no premium services. thanks in advance

  29. Live TV is not working on your app, but the VOD channels are. I know my IPTV service is working. Is there a reason reason/fix for my live TV problem? The live TV works on StbEmu with the same IPTV provider and the same equipment/STB. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  31. My problem, in settings, using recording
    folder. I am trying to switch to my usb drive
    I connected a 1.5 T external drive to use for recordnings.
    However I noticed I do not see “System Picker” , I am seeing
    (in the recordings folder) Storage, only “Setup SMB”, AND Cancel. No System Picker. Any idea why? Using Premium, 4.6.1 updated. Thanks in advance

  32. When I use VPN I loose subtitles on multiple channels… If I don’t use vpn the subtitles work fine!

    All want do get what I paid for….

  34. Paid for annual sub just now but accidentally used email that I don’t have access to. Is there a way to switch email associated with my account?

    • Hello,
      Cancel the original subscription. You’ll have to first log onto the tivimate companion app on your smartphone.
      Once you’ve logged in, underneath the “refresh” icon is the option to cancel link. Purchase the subscription again using your correct email address. It sucks but you’ll probably have to pay that annual fee again but it’s worth it. Hope this helps.

  35. I have been using Premium Tivimate for quite a while now with no issues. Today, I was watching a show and it started buffering then showed an error occured: error code 401.
    That was 5 hours ago. I still get tv guide info but can’t watch anything. I know everything was entered correctly for playlists cause it was working for months. Just quit. And when I go to the providers software, everything is working fine. How does this happen?

    I created a tivimate account after downloading the tivimate companion app on my samsung galaxy. I purchased the annual plan for $7.99 which includes the 7 day free trail. Next, I added the tivimate app on my firetv stick. After entering my log in credentials to unlock the premium, I get a message that says, “No Valid Order”. There has to be a mistake. I have my proof of purchase/receipt from the Google Play Store. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

    • If you have two Tivimate Premium subscriptions under different email addresses and no longer have access to one of them, you should contact Tivimate support for assistance with updating your payment information. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

I have purchased the Tivimate Companion app & made a premium account & purchased the TiviMate Lifetime Subscription but never received an codes, URL’s or any information to add to the app (to receive all channels & movies for my lifetime premium subscription account) I also didn’t receive any instructions or any emails about what I need to do to get TiviMate app to work. I have downloaded the TiviMate app on my FireStick 4k & unlocked with my email & password but no channels or movies appear. If someone can please help me with this issue that would be great.

    I’ve checked the companion app and it clearly states the correct email address for my account and its not due to expire until 4 Sept 2023.
    It also shows that I have 2/5 devices activated.

    Can you please sort this out asap.

All you need to do is to uninstall this application and install again on your device and then you will be able to record now. ——– and you call it a solution? What about all dose set ups and changes I made? Will have to do it again because of your solution? Are you retarded?

I’m discouraged that I’ve purchased 2 new Tivimate apps that have cost me when I have a lifetime membership to Tivimate companion that won’t allow me to access my devices through Blue Stacks 5 and which I’m entitled to 5 devices, I only have 2 working now. I can’t realign my devices, do away with the added costs of the Tivimate apps, I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve contacted Blue Stacks support that they responded to with my need to update my computer (which I did to no avail). I’ve since sent a response that the problem remains and had no response. I have no tv on my main source and need help to fix this!

  52. I have tivimate installed on firestick cube. I constantly get looping of the channel it is on. I have uninstalled several times
    but still get the same issue. All other streaming apps work fine so I know its’s the app. Could the source of the app be the problem?
    It’s frustrating to watch segments repeat themselves.
    Any suggestions?

  54. I have tivimate premium 4.6.1 and companion app. I am having issues with the EPG updating. I have tried all the fixes that I could find on line and still no information will update the EGP. My playlist is fine and I have checked and double checked the URLs and internet connection.

  58. Have active Tivimates Premium. Have had it installed an operating for about a week. I have run through 3 providers and had the same video glitch with each. @ every 30 seconds, the video freezes for a second or so and then continues. I have 2 different internet connections during, what I hope, is a transition away from my traditional cable provider. The speed of the internet connection, between the two, 1 at 50-120mbs and the other at 400mbs+, makes no difference in these occurrences. Neither the frequency of the glitches nor the duration seems to be affected by the connection used I am also able to watch video using Kodi withou having this problem. Please advise

  60. Have had a problem with a 404 error for several weeks now everytime i go to
    put in a play list. Cant seem to get it to work by any means. I tried Pluto TV URL
    as well and nothing will work so far. Anybody have any ideas? I contacted my IPTV
    provider as well, seems like i have the correct info but not much help otherwise
    on their end so far. On the fence about where the problem lies.

  61. Hello, I have a premium apk and a problem with the default epg assigned (in the settings). This setting does not work and each time I have to use the “Assign TV guide” option individually for each channel in the settings, which takes a lot of time. I have one epg source set as “Default”.

    And the second problem is changing the e-mail address on the account. I set up an account at: [email protected], but now I no longer have access to this address, so I would like to change it to a new one, namely: [email protected]. How can I change it, or maybe you can make this change yourself.

  64. Hello. On a formula z10 I had already setup and with a premium unlock. Now it is locked again and I cannot get to the screen to activate this box. It simply will not go past Next, Log out, or Back.

    The same situation has now come up on another box I have here in the bedroom. I’m at a loss to resolve the situation. My account is under my email address.

  65. Purchased a second account to get more than 5 logons, after jumping through various loops I got it registered and paid for. EMail receipts confirming payment. When I log in I get the payment page again, click on one time payment and get a message “already purchased for another account”. When I try to activate a device I get “no valid order”

    Please advise.

  66. I love the Tivimate application it is very easy to navigate and plays IPTV very well on my Nvida Shield Pro
    But I would like to ask why when the recorded TS file get longer than 60min it stops the FF & REW buttons from operating?
    I also would like to say that if you stop the recording manually and then jump to the recording it works and shows a recording length greater the 60min but then it flickers and reverts to no FF & REW
    This is using the USB as storage formatted as FAT32
    This must be a bug and would be grateful if it could be resolved

  70. purchased premium through the companion app. paid by PayPal there was no prompt to create a password. the companion app shwed my paypal email as te login but as i wasnt prompted to create a password i have no idea what it is. i logged out of thecompanion app on my phone and selected forgot password and entered my email address ( same one as the PayPal one which had been displayed in the companion app but i havent received any emails to reset ( set) a password. ive sent an email to the developer using the address on the play store. the first reply just directed me as t how to log in so i had to respond saying the whole point is that i havent got a clue what the password would be as i wasnt prompted to set one up when i paid for premium. Its getting frustrating now and really shouldn’t be difficult to resolve…

  71. Hello. I have recently purchased TiviMate Companion app and I am using the Nvidia Shield Pro device. I created a brand new Gmail account specifically for this product. I received an email to my Google account that my $29.99 purchase was successful. When I try to use the app and log in using my Google email and password, it says the email/password combination is incorrect. When I click on password reset, it says the email was sent successfully and to follow the instructions, but no email ever arrives to my Gmail account perform the reset. It also redirects me to purchased the product all over again. I also checked my credit card statement and I have been charged the $29.99 for Tivimate.

    Does anyone have any suggestion on what I can do so I can use this product?

    Tivimate returns error code 911.
    since a couple of days.
    Only works on extern (Movie) player.
    Has been working like a charme but not anymore.
    Playlists working on other itv programs…

  75. I joined tivimate today. Bought lifetime plan. Big mistake now that I see how things work .. I register from one of the Android TVs to create the account, and was able to use it from that particular tv. Tried to setup a second tv and I cannot login from anywhere. Laptop. Mobile or the TV itself. I sent 5 reset password requests and emailed the developer and nothing happened. And I really don’t want to talk to an AI anymore…. that is forwarding me to pay 2$ for support where again I have to provide my credit card. Either someone helps me with the login issue or will ask for a refund through few possible ways that I have.

I am trying to give your organization money unlock the premium Tivimate Companion package and your application keeps giving the “No Valid Order” message and I cannot proceed to purchase the upgrade. Is there ANY OTHER WAY to get this function purchased. l also I have done the clear cache as well as other recommendations based on my internet research. Please someone let me know what can be done for this. It is sad when you have money to throw at something and the something doesnt allow you to give said money to it. Sad.
