  1. I am having issues with recording. Everything I set to record never records to the end of the program. Either using to guide or programming manually nothing records to the end. Last show was 2 1/2 hours and the recording stopped after 9 minutes. Please advise.

  2. Trying to signup for premium account but it says not available try back later. What is later? Few hours, few days? Any other way to signup w/o using the firestick?

  4. I purchased a annual subscription of the Tivimate app. I love the app and decided that I want to subscribe to the lifetime subscription instead of the annual subscription. I deleted my annual subscription but when I attempt to subscribe both the annual and lifetime options show but only the annual subscription is allowed. Please help.

    • Remember you can ‘ONLY’ activate (5) devices. If that doesn’t work, uninstall then reinstall, then activate your account.

      • I did this and it still won’t let me login.I went and deleted two of my devices and it is still won’t let me login or activate it.

  5. I cannot add a new playlist using the xtream codes option.
    It keeps giving me an error although the information is accurate as I tried it on a mobile device and it works fine.
    Are there any issues with adding a playlist?
